My Approach
I believe that children are our greatest teachers, and it is an honour to walk alongside your child and your family through whichever challenges may have brought you here.

My approach to therapy is child-focused, rooted in attachment theory, and incorporates play therapy techniques, proprioceptive and interoceptive body-based practices to help your child reach a more regulated state where they can process the world around them and create a greater sense of themselves.
My approach to parent consultation is collaborative; we will work together to navigate situations you or your child may find challenging in your day to day lives. Regular parent meetings can range from emotional regulation strategies to lending a non-judgemental ear while offering other lenses to reflect on your child's experience of the situations at hand.

I work collaboratively with other professionals to support your child as part of a multidisciplinary framework depending on their needs.
